Services and quotes

All projects are delivered according to a written scope and quote agreed before work begins. Changes to scope may affect price and timeline and will be confirmed in writing.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an advance payment to begin, with the balance due on delivery milestones stated in your quote.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide, and warrant that you have the right to use them. On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you; we retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Support and liability

Post-launch support is provided as described in your quote or care plan. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
